Warranty Information

Lifestyle Collection^TM and Inspiration Collection^TM Cabinets: These cabinets are manufactured with a warranty to the original purchaser and user to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a one-year period from the date of purchase. Labor costs related to damages incurred in transit, handling, installation or use, or abuse are the responsibility of the purchaser. AWC disclaims any responsibility for labor costs related to the removal of any defective cabinets or replacements provided by the manufacturer.

Custom Cabinets and Countertops: The purchaser is to inspect all goods within 5 days of purchase. Any damaged goods due to workmanship will be replaced. All sales are final.

Pellet Stoves: Three-year warranty on the combustion chamber and one year on electrical if a surge protector is being used. Simpson Pellet Vent has a 25-year warranty if it has been installed correctly.

Return Policy: There is a 10% restocking fee on Lifestyle Collection^TM and Inspiration Collection^TM cabinets, and on all pellet stoves, pipe and accessories including pellet fuel.

Lifestyle Collection^TM and Inspiration Collection^TM cabinets, pellet stoves, and accessories can be returned if they are in their original carton and have not been installed.

Legacy Collection Cabinets and Countertops: All sales are final. Signed order form requires the customer to pay those items in full.
